Thomas “Tom” Gleason, 86, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away peacefully September 22, 2023.
Tom was born in Hoboken, NJ on March 5, 1937 to Thomas and Marie Gleason. After graduating high school, Tom served in the United States Air Force and the U.S. Army Reserves.
Tom served his community as a Law Enforcement Officer until his retirement.
Tom will be greatly missed by his family, daughter Diana (Bret) Cleveland of Jupiter, FL; sons, Tommy, Mark, and John Gleason all of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Joanna (Tom) Macaluso of Maitland, FL. He leaves to grieve his passing grandchildren, Courtney (Darrell) Russian, Cody Cleveland, Zachary (Anna) and Emily Gleason, Nikki, Sydney, Drake, and Wyatt Gleason; Nico and Chela Macaluso and beloved great-grandchildren, Noah, Elijah and Ellie, Winnie, and Riley.
Tom was predeceased by his beloved wife, Joan Gleason and granddaughter, Jessica Gleason.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Treasure Coast Hospice.
A visitation will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 from 9AM to 12PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. A Graveside service will be held at 1PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens 6026 US-1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
