Lizella, Georgia - Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Lewis "Bubba" Hightower are 11:00 AM Monday, May 5, 2025 at Macon Memorial Park Mausoleum, 3969 Mercer University Drive, Macon Georgia. Viewing will be held from 9:45-10:45 AM at the venue. Mr. Hightower was born to the parentage of Lovett Hightower, Sr. and Sarah Harden Hightower, who preceded him in death along with his beloved brother, Lovett Hightower, Jr. and first-born daughter, Cheryl Hightower. Mr. Hightower was a 1951 graduate of Ballard-Hudson High School in Macon Georgia, Korean War veteran, and retiree of Robins Air Force Base. He leaves a legacy and fond memories to be cherished by his dedicated wife of 70 years, Betty Reid Hightower; daughter, Corless (J. Harold) Rollins; son, Eric (Deborah) Hightower; grandchildren, Erica (Rodrigus) Lamar, India (Travis) Thompson, Harry (Jordyn) Rollins, and Ivia Rollins; great-grandchildren, Ian, Talya, Ellie, and Riley; and a host of many special relatives and loved ones.
