Thomas taught Bio Med Electronics at DMACC for many years until his retirement.
He enjoyed music, camping and flying and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; son, Charles (Linda) Hildreth; daughter, Heather Hildreth; brother, Nick (Dianne) Hildreth and 5 grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held in the spring and the time will be updated when it is set.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mill Pond 1201 SE Millpond Ct., Ankeny, IA.
