Thomas Elgin Hoffman was born November 30, 1976 at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington, D.C. to Elaine Gosnell Hoffman Bundy and the late Marion Thomas Hoffman, Jr. A lifetime resident of Anne Arundel County, Tom graduated from Meade High School and earned an A.A. Degree in History from Howard County Community College. He enjoyed a successful career as a relationship banker with M&T Bank in Glen Burnie. In his early years, he was a Boy Scout, an active member of the DeMolay, Glen Burnie, and also served as a DeMolay State Officer of Maryland. He played youth baseball and soccer with the Severn Athletic Council. Tom enjoyed Crossfit, reading and gaming in his free time. He was a member of Glen Burnie Masonic Lodge #213. Left to cherish his memory are his life partner Leilani Hannie of Glen Burnie, his mother Elaine Bundy of Crownsville, his sister Michelle Herman (Rob) of Hagerstown, a niece, two nephews, two great nieces as well as an extended family. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a sudden illness at the University of MD Medical Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Stroke Association.  https://www.stroke.org/en/

Family and Friends may visit at The Kirkley Ruddick Funeral Home on Thursday, January 29, 2026, 6:00pm - 9:00pm.  Service will be at 6:30pm
