Age 84 of Anoka passed away February 16, 2026. Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Mary Horowicki; beloved wife Victoria and son-in-law Robert Foster. Survived by children, Mary Jo Horowicki, Marcus (Lisa) Horowicki, Michael (Maureen) Horowicki and Jeffrey Horowicki; grandchildren, Mackenzie (Drew) Foster, Aaron (Kasey) Foster, Nathan (Taylor) Downey, Jacob, Charles, Libby and Benji Horowicki; great grandchildren, Riley and Ava. Also survived by many other loving family and friends.

For more than sixty-one beautiful years of marriage, Tom and Vicky shared a love story that began in the most simple and sweet way - working at the local neighborhood drug store during their high school days. From that youthful beginning grew a life rooted in unwavering devotion: to each other, to their faith as very devout Catholics deeply involved in church life, and to their family. Together they raised four children - three boys and one girl - and were especially delighted when twin boys doubled the laughter and energy in their home. Some of their most treasured memories were made during time at the cabin at Horseshoe Lake, where days were filled with sunshine, storytelling, and the steady comfort of being together. They especially loved their "happy hour" - whether at the cabin overlooking the water or at home on the porch - when family and friends would gather, stories would grow richer with each telling, and laughter lingered long into the evening. They cherished spending time with their many dear friends, building a community of love. Their lives were a testament to commitment, faith, friendship, and family - a legacy that will continue to guide and inspire us always. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00am Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, with visitation one hour prior to mass at Church of the Holy Cross, 1621 University Ave NE, Mpls.
