He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. He leaves behind his wife Pamela, sons TJ and Zach; brothers Robert and Tim Howard and sister Tonya Gapen, granddaughter Taylor Howard and grandson Clint Howard, many nieces and nephews and his faithful companion Duke.
