I am so sorry, Kathy and Michael. I was always very fond of Lee and had some wonderful conversations with him and always respected him as a person of great substance. He often gave me advice which was very helpful in various areas. It was a great honor to know Lee and he will be sadly missed and will always remain in my prayers.

With deepest sympathy and love,
Steve Hagan
