Thomas Joseph Kaczmarczyk, age 83, passed away August 19, 2025, at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama. Tom was born June 12,1942 in New Jersey and was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Tom is survived by his wife, Brenda Kaczmarczyk, who loved and cared for him daily. His memory will live on with his three children, Thomas (Alison) Kaczmarczyk, Danny (Jennifer) Kaczmarczyk, and April (Howard) Fussell; his grandchildren, Joseph (Jordan) Kaczmarczyk, Mollie Perez, Bryan Goldman, Rebecca (Braxton) Kittrell, Mila (Marcus) Parrish, Evan Kaczmarczyk, and Brooklyn Fussell; his great-grandchildren, Noah and Sadie Kaczmarczyk, Riggins Taylor and Zane Perez, Brooklyn and Eli Goldman, Alayna Vick, Bennett Bush and Baylor Kittrell.

Tom proudly served his community much of his life. He retired, a Vietnam Veteran, after 22 years in the US Air Force as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Air Force, he served as a trainer at the Police Academy, S.W.A.P.A Division; as well as served as a Captain in the Grand Bay Sheriffs Unit for over 15 years as a volunteer. He retired from the US Postal Service where he worked in Robertsdale, Alabama for over 20 years. Tom was a beloved part of his community, and he truly enjoyed helping people. After retirement, he spent his time collecting sports cards and memorabilia, coins, and many other items. He was his family's biggest fan and most proud supporter.

Through his many years of serving his community and the love he gave those who earned it, he left this world better than he found it.

A graveside funeral service will be held at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 34904 Hwy. 225 in Spanish Fort, AL, on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 11AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the William F. Green State Veterans Home, 300 Faulkner Dr, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
