Born on November 8, 1949, in Steubenville, he was the proud son of the late Thomas J. Keenan Sr. and Rose M. Rosta Keenan.
He was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Linda Keenan. Tom was a distinguished graduate of Catholic Central High School and a proud veteran of the United States Marines.
He made significant contributions during his career as a Biomedical Technician at Weirton Medical Center. A quiet yet formidable presence, Tom possessed remarkable technical skills and knowledge, devoting his free time to computer programming and building electronics. He was committed to fitness and had an unwavering love for animals.
His absence will be deeply felt by his cherished family.
Tom is under the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
