Thomas James Kline, age 75, of Wadsworth, OH, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

Tom was born December 8, 1949 in Portsmouth, OH to the late Ralph and Rita (O'Donnell) Kline.

Tom attended Walsh Jesuit High School. After graduation, Tom attended Bohecker’s Business College where he was president of his class. He became an accountant and worked for several companies, including Davey Tree, Endicott Johnson Shoe Company, Holiday Inn, and Hilton Inn. He was always good in math and working with the customers. Tom was a huge sports fan and loved watching football, baseball, and basketball games. He enjoyed both national and college teams, especially the LA Chargers and Kent State. He loved his family most of all.

When his mother and brother became ill, Tom moved back from Illinois to the family home to take care of them. He was an excellent caretaker, always giving love and patience. Tom was always a person you can depend on.

He is survived by siblings, his twin sister, Maryellen Kline of Medina, OH, Janet Chlebina ( Paul) of Green, OH, Raymond Kline (Bonnie) of Kent, OH; and nieces and nephews, Kelly Englert (Aaron), Tommy Englert (Allie), Renea Lenkey (Tyler), Daniel Kline (Caitlin), Adam Kline (Madeline), Crystal Wanamaker (Jack); also survived by great nieces and nephews, Peter & Micah Englert, Scarlett and Addalyn Lenkey and Ella Kline, and Sophia Wanamaker. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Rita (O'Donnell) Kline; brother, David Kline.

Calling hours will be held 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory. A Catholic Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 313 N Depeyster St. Kent, OH 44240, with Rev. Fr. William Wainio as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
