Thomas Ralph "Tommy" Lloyd, Jr., 70, of South Charleston, WV, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

He was the son of Thomas R. Lloyd and Betty Jo (Bolden) Lloyd. A lifelong resident of West Virginia, Tommy spent most of his adult life in South Charleston. He graduated from George Washington High School and went on to earn his bachelor's degree in Business Management from West Virginia State University.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Burton Lloyd.

Tommy is survived by his brother, Bradley Lloyd of Dallas, TX, and his sister, Ellen (Lloyd) Wise of Golden, CO; nieces Kelsey Lloyd of New York City and Tara Mattson of Denver, CO; nephew Nick Mattson of Golden, CO; great-nephew Karson Mattson of Golden, CO; and his beloved cat, Bo.

For 30 years, Tommy served as Parking Services Manager at Charleston Town Center, where he was known for his hard work and kindness. He was always quick to lend a hand to friends, neighbors, and especially to animals in need. His deep love for animals was one of his defining qualities.

The family would like to give special thanks to Bobby Wright, Danny Kerns, and Charlie Foutche for reconnecting with Tommy in recent months. Your friendship and care greatly improved his quality of life during this difficult time and provided tremendous onsite support and communication for his remote family.

A celebration of Tommy's life will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at St. John's Episcopal Church, Charleston, WV.

Condolences may be shared with the family at www.barlowbonsall.com.
