Thomas David Moore, III, age 52, of Hawley died unexpectedly, Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Tom was born March 13, 1973, in Camden, NJ and was the son of Thomas D. Moore, Jr. and the late Alice (Rossetti) Moore.

Tom was employed as a salesman for Rack-Em. He loved to walk around town greeting people everywhere he went. He was a member of the American Legion Post #311. He was a big sports fan, he loved the Eagles, Philly's and Chase Elliot in NASCAR.

He is survived by his fiancée, Desiree Fotusky of Hawley, his father, Thomas D. Moore, Jr. of Cherry Hill, NJ his sister, Alice Moore of Berlin, NJ, his brother Eric Moore of Marlton, NJ, his granddaughter, Ariel Schwartz of Hawley, two step daughters: Sierra Curran of Waymart, PA and Sabrina Smith of Beach Lake, PA, one stepson: Alexander Smith of Honesdale, PA, his niece, Jessica Knight of Berlin, NJ; and his nephew, Dylan E. Moore of Somers Point, NJ, his aunt and uncle, Donna and Mike Lathan of Marlton, NJ.

There will be a gathering at American Legion Post #311, 521 Church St., Hawley, on Sunday, October 5, from 12 noon to 6 PM to honor Tom and raise funds for his burial service.

A memorial service will be held at a time to be announced.

Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
