Thomas met the love of his life Annie Morris and they were married on September 2, 1967. They would go on to be happily married for 55 years. They were blessed with three boys Jeff, Eric, and Thomas Morris.
In 2009, Thomas retired and spent his time pursuing his love of marathon running, reading his Bible, and loving his wife and family.
Thomas was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Annie Morris and three children Jeffery Morris, Eric (Marilyn) Morris, Thomas Morris and nine grandchildren Ami (Carl) Morris, Jacob Morris, Alyssa Morris, Devon Morris, Lance (Skyler) Morris, Jarred (Brittany) Morris, Anya (Anthony) Nash, Katie Morris Thomas, "TJ" Morris and eight great grandchildren Aiva Sullivan, Cali Owens, Caysen Owens, Nevaeh Morris, Jaxon Morris, Greyson Morris, Nathaniel DePaiva, and Ivy Trimm.
The family would like to express their gratitude to everyone who has prayed for the family. Thomas J. Morris' memory will forever live on in the heart of those who loved him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00am Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Faith Chapel Funeral Home, 100 Beverly Pkwy, Pensacola, Florida 32505. Visitation is prior to service from 10:00am until 11:00am. Burial at Barrancas National Cemetery at 1:00pm.
