Thomas is survived by his many friends at Avancer in Sycamore and Kreider Services in Dixon.
Graveside service will be held 11:00 AM on Monday Oct. 21 at Oakwood Cemetery in Dixon. Arrangements by the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon.
