Thomas Newtson Obituary
A Memorial Service for Thomas R. Newtson age 68 of Springview, NE will be held on Friday (Jan. 9, 2026) at 10:30 a.m. at the New Hope Community Church in Springview. Tom Newtson passed away December 31, 2025 at the Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth, NE.
SURVIVORS INCLUDE: Wife, Aleta Newtson of Springview; 3 Children, Ray (Amanda) Newtson of Ashby, NE, Dana (Matt) Dolch of Lincoln, NE, & Cody Newtson of Wellfleet, NE; 4 GC; Brother, James (Diana) Newtson of North Platte, NE; Sister, Laura (Bill) Hammond of Spearfish, SD; Nieces, nephews and other family members.
Memorials have been suggested to the Sandhills Cowboy Hall of Fame, the KBR Rodeo Club or to the family for a future designation.
Those attending the service are asked to please wear casual western attire.
Hoch Funeral Home of Ainsworth is in charge of arrangements.
