Thomas was born in Ithaca, NY on April 21, 1955. He was a graduate of Candor Central School, served as Sergeant in the United States Air Force, and later retired from Cornell University.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at Riverside Cemetery, on Marshland Rd. in Apalachin, NY on Saturday September 13, 2025 at 1:00pm. Please consider a memorial contribution in memory of Thomas to the Alzheimer's / Dementia Association, www.alz.org, or to Hospice. Please share your memories at www.RichardsFH.com.
