Thomas Oswin Jr. Obituary
Thomas John Oswin Jr, 36, passed away suddenly on March 7, 2024. He was born on October 23, 1987, in Long Branch, New Jersey, and grew up in Middletown, New Jersey, where he currently resides. He was employed by Sprinkler Master of Middletown.
Tommy was a good man with a big heart. He was the type of person who always had your back and was there when you needed him the most. During a friend's difficult time, he hugged him for so long, that we weren't sure he'd ever let go. Without hesitation, Tommy has ran into burning buildings and smoking cars to make sure everyone was okay. He received a Middletown Civilian Award after actions he took that contributed to the safety of the community. Tommy enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and loved ones. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid Falcons fan. As a true 80's kid, he had a love for Ninja Turtles. His sense of humor was sure to always put a smile on your face. Tommy was a cherished son, brother, cousin, uncle, grandson, nephew, boyfriend, and friend.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Richard C. Oswin, Robert and Kathy Phillips, and his niece Destiny Mauceri. He will be greatly missed by his loving parents, Thomas and Debbie Oswin, his siblings Jessica Crigger, Richard (Stephanie) Oswin, and Bryan Oswin, his grandmother Helen Oswin, his aunts and uncles Annie (Dan) Nole, Jack Oswin, and Emma (Dave) Landry, his cousins Katie (Walter) Schopf, Shawn Landry, and Emma Nole, his nephews Joseph Mauceri, Benito Mauceri, and Oliver Oswin, his niece Lily Oswin, his girlfriend Carla Robson, and many friends.
"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal."
"I wanted you to know, I love the way you laugh" - Seether
