Thomas Raymond, a beloved father, brother and friend, devoted outdoorsman, and cowboy at heart, passed away peacefully August 30, 2025, in Grants, New Mexico.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Thomas eventually followed his dream westward, settling in Cuba, New Mexico to embrace the open skies and rugged country life he always longed for. A true outdoorsman and gun enthusiast, he found joy in the simple beauty of the land, the camaraderie of good company, and the freedom of the wide-open spaces.
Thomas was known for his easy-going spirit and the countless conversations he shared about life, family, and the values he held close tohis heart. To those who knew him best, he was more than a friend - he was a brother in spirit, loyal, kind and genuine.
He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his journey has ended, his memory will live on in the laughter, stories, and love he leaves behind. He is survived by his son Seth, sister Merry and brother Ed, Chuck and George Raymond, previous wife Dalen Raymond, as well as many friends Tom considered family.
