Born December 17, 1957, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Leslie and Virginia (Kotran) Seaman.
For many years, he owned and operated T.P. Seaman's Concrete Construction, Inc.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother, Stephen Parker of Boston, MA.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
