There will never be another Tommy Shaffer. He could be serious if he had to be, but he´d rather not!
He could always calm down an irate citizen be funny doing it. I worked in narcotics, IA, and CIB, I always knew I could depend on Tom, unlike other command officers! You´re missed already, Tom!
