Thomas P. Smith

Thomas P. Smith Jr., a White Plains resident, died March 7, 2025 at the age of 78. He as born January 12, 1947 in Yonkers, NY to the late Mary and Thomas P. Smith Sr.
On October 17, 1970 he married his wife Susan. Besides his wife Susan of White Plains, he is survived by his children; Suzanne Smith and Jessie Smith, both of White Plains and his dog Rocky.
Smitty was known for his quick wit and humor. He had an uncanny ability to make everyone around him laugh. Whether he was telling a joke, pulling a prank or making a funny comment he knew how to bring a smile to your face. His playful spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Above all, Smitty had a special place in his heart for his favorite drink, Budweiser, which was more than just a beer, it was about enjoying life, connecting with others and celebrating good times. To Smitty a cold beer was the start of a great conversation and a new memory in the making.
Though Smitty is no longer with us, his love, his laughter and his love for life with continue to echo in our hearts. Every sip of a cold Budweiser will remind us of the man who cherished the joy of living, the company of good friends, and the love of his family. We will miss you Smitty. Cheers to you.
