Thomas Sovern Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Affordable Choice Cremation - Stuart on Dec. 20, 2024.
"To those who lived fully, may their spirit forever soar"
Thomas Earl Sovern, age 58, left his earthy body to be with our Heavenly Father on December 4th, 2024. Born July 13th, 1966, in Battle Creek, Michigan to Richard and Barbara (Priest) Sovern, he brought laughter and fun memories to all who knew him.
Tom graduated from Lakeview High School in 1985 and embraced life with a spirit of adventure. He was known for his mischievous humor, his adventurous soul, and a heart full of kindness. His hobbies-BMX biking, fishing, hunting, and countless moments of fun with friends-embodied his adventurous spirit.
Tom had a deep passion for the outdoors, especially for being on the water. He cherished boating with his family and found immense joy fishing with his son and grandson, creating memories that reflected his love for nature and the bonds he shared with his loved ones.
He is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Denise (Denney) Sovern; his two cherished children, Terrance Sovern and Lacey (Sovern) Losole; his beloved mother, Barbara (Priest) Sovern; his siblings, James Sovern and Amy (Sovern) Decker; as well as many adored cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Sovern; his nephew, Nicholas Ullrich; and his sister-in-law, Kimberly (DeWeese) Sovern.
Tom's legacy of love, laughter, and unbreakable connections will forever live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him.
