Thomas James Sullivan, Sr., also known as Tom, passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 84, in Homosassa, Florida. Born on May 24, 1939, in Philadelphia, PA to Eugene and Mary (Howard). Tom was the beloved husband of Georgina (Mason) and a loving father to his daughter, Kimberlyn Sproul (George), and his sons, Shawn (Janice) and Thomas, Jr. (Nicole) He was also a proud grandfather to Krislyn, Melissa, Amanda, Shawn, Elizabeth, Ryan, Danny, Caitlyn, Kevin, Kelly, and several great-grandchildren.
Tom was generous, loving, and hardworking. He had a determined nature, which served him well throughout his life. He was also adventurous and enjoyed exploring new things. In his earlier years, Tom had a passion for hunting. He loved spending time in the great outdoors. He was an avid boater, fisherman, and crabber. Tom even had his pilot's license and enjoyed flying his Piper Cherokee 150. However, above all else, he cherished the time he spent with his children and grandchildren.
A celebration of Tom's life will be held on May 17, 2024 1PM ~ Starting with a Service by Monsignor, Daniel Sullivan followed by a reception at The Bryce’s Home in Marmora, NJ 08223
Tom will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
