April 15, 1958 - October 21, 2024
Thomas "Tommy" Lee Thurman, 66, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 21, 2024. He was preceded in death by his mom, Ella Mae Thurman; dad, Thomas W. Thurman; brother, Dennis Thurman; and nephew, Bryce Thurman.
Tommy is survived by his sisters, Joyce Thurman, Sandy Myers (Kenneth), and Kathy Padgett; uncle, Wayne Thurman; best friend, Samantha Byers; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
He served in South Korea with the Army.
A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 12 p.m. at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, 1250 E Main St, Salem, VA 24153, officiated by Rev. Jeremy Breaux.
