Thomas Walne Obituary
March 16, 1953 ~ July 16, 2023
Thomas Jeffrey "Jeff" Walne, 70, of New Braunfels, Texas died on
Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin with his
beloved wife at his bedside. He was born to Mary Angela May and
Thomas James Walne on March 16, 1953, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Jeff grew up in Houston and relocated to New Braunfels in 1995 where he
enjoyed his career as a custom home builder, Jeff Walne Homes, for 35
years. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 26 years,
Pamela Rudolph Walne. His passion was sailing with Pam.
Left to cherish his memory are his brothers George Nathan Walne of
Alexandria, Virginia and James McCann Walne of Tampa, Florida; in-laws
Wayne and Claudine Rudolph of New Braunfels; brother-in-law Warren
Rudolph of Lincoln, Nebraska; nieces and nephews along with his favorite
construction dog, Ellie Mae. Jeff was predeceased by his parents; his
precious dog, Maggie, and his special cat, Jersey. Jeff will be dearly
missed by his family and friends.
Per Jeff's wishes, there will not be a public service. Pam asks that in
memory of Jeff, memorial donations may be made to The Humane Society
of the New Braunfels Area or any charity of your choice.
