We are so saddened to hear of Tom's passing though we know he is at peace. Tom was very much a fixture of our lives as we so looked forward to and enjoyed the Greenshow before each Idaho Shakespeare play! He and Joe were absolutely amazing--next level entertainment. He touched thousands of lives to be sure, not only at ISF but we understand he was a teacher who impaced lives there as well. We send our deepest condolences to his family. We will miss him greatly.

Mr. Willmorth was the best drama teacher. He encouraged me to compete and cheered me on all throughout high school. It meant so much. His velociraptor impression was the best, and his daily "Death by _______" routines in class were hilarious. He was caring, creative and sincere. I´m forever grateful to have known him and learned from him. My heartfelt condolences and prayers for his family.

My drama teacher from Capital High School who we all had such an immense bond with, Mr. Tom. This hurts. Ill never forget running into him in the halls of my school and being star struck because I knew him from the Idaho Shakespeare Festival and was a huge fan of his work. I said "omg Tom Willmorth what are you doing here?!" He replied "I´m the drama teacher!" And I said "why am I not in drama?" I was sure to remedy that the following year and it was my absolute favorite hour a day every day. I have some great footage of him in our drama class just being himself that I would love to share with his family if possible.

Tom was a friend, a challenger, but above all else, a singularity. Talent beyond measure, and as for the rest of him, beyond measure.

I think we were his first students in a portable classroom at Vallivue. We were ruff and trouble. He had a sweet Vw bus in the winter and snow from Boise everyday. I was a music kid and he brought the arts together. Theater and bands kids. A relationship that I still hold dear. Hugs everybody

Tom was my theatre teacher at Capitol High and many of my fondest memories while at school there were in the classroom and on stage. He cultivated an environment of belonging, teaching us to take life less seriously and showed us firsthand the life changing magic of improv. I am who I am today because of the influence Tom had on me and I'm so grateful I got to experience the world at the same time as him.

I first knew of Tom as one of the Green Show guys, loving their shows. Years later my spouse and I purchased the family´s home in Caldwell from his parents. We have always felt the spirit of laughter and loving energy of their family . Even as we found Tom´s toy soldiers in the green shag carpet in the basement. A fact we later shared with Tom and one of his friends.
Our thoughts go out to all who have been blessed by his life among us , as we laugh his spirit does go on.
From the folks who are blessed by a home filled with love.

Tom Willmorth had such an incredible impact on many young actors in the community. His classes always brought so much joy and creativity. I will never forget his ever elusive Raptor impression, and I´m sure anyone lucky enough to have caught a glimpse of it won´t as well.

I will always remember Tom's talent, hilarious sense of humor, and passion for theater. And I was so glad that he took my place at Capital High when I became a librarian at Riverglen. RIP Tom, you were one of a kind.

Tom was the best theater teacher a person could ever hope for. He made my high school experience not just tolerable, but downright amazing. The lessons I learned from him extended far beyond acting. His humor and insights, paired with the way he insisted on holding us accountable, made lasting impacts on all of us. You're missed already, Mr. Wilmorth. The world is a little less cheerful without you in it.

Tom was an excellent director, teacher, and friend. I will always remember him. My fellow classmates at Capital High still talk about those special days with him as our teacher.

I met Tommy as a tiny tot. At church, he was my little brother, John's, partner in crime in their early years. I remember Tommy's mom, Jo, rolling her eyes and chuckling. She was the Sunday school teacher. Poor woman.
HA! Tommy was the funniest little kid. The boys were 8 years younger than I am, so they were often left under my care when they had a sleepover at our house. We'd watch scary movies while Tommy acted out the bad guy roles until they got too scared and sidled up next to me. Tommy was family. I haven't seen him much as an adult - my loss. Whenever I did see him at various functions, it always felt as though not a day had passed. He was such a warm person. My heart is broken that he had to leave so soon. Love, Muffie
