Thong Cong Vo

Mr. Thong Cong Vo, age 94, passed away peacefully in his home, on February 2, 2025. He was the beloved father of Olivia Dyer, Thao Bradford, and Kimberly Feller; beloved grandfather to Ruby Truong, Bryan Truong, and Blake Bradford; beloved husband to Niem Nguyen; and a friend to so many who he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Thong was born 10/02/1930. He was a colonel in the South Vietnamese Airforce. At the end of the Vietnam war, Thong sent his family to the United States to flee while he stayed behind and was captured and remained a prisoner of war for 14 years, before his release. After his release, Thong came to the United State and obtained his citizenship. Thong spent his time here, making friends wherever he went, traveling and making the best memories that he could ask for. He loved sharing stories, offering guidance, support, help and encouragement to his family and friends. Thong has had many obstacles throughout his life. He was a fighter, and a survivor, with a heart of Gold and a smile that would light up the entire room. He will be dearly missed and forever loved by all.
