Thor Barckley Obituary
He was a Toms River High School South graduate; after graduation, Thor moved to Southwest Florida. He was currently working at Shula's Steak House in Naples, FL. He was a sensate and had just lost his Grandfather in September. He loved the beach, swimming, and the sunset. He was very happy around his family, children, and dogs. He Loved his Beautiful girlfriend Sofia and was happiest sharing life with her.
He is survived by his mother, Suzanne Barckley, and father Russell of Pine Beach, NJ, his maternal grandmother Margaret Barckley of Bonita Springs, FL; his two brothers, Kai Barckley and Asher Barckley of Pine Beach, NJ; his half-sisters, Roxanne & Shanel of NJ; His Uncles & Aunts Steven & Kathy Barckley of Livingston, NJ; Gary & Sue Wynberg of Winter Haven FL; Karen & Chris Joyce of Punta Gorda, FL and Tammy & Burt Worrell of Linden, TN. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Sofia Rosendiz of Naples, FL, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
On March 20th, 2024 at 6:30 PM there will be a Tree Planting Ceremony in memory of Thor. This will be held at 3615 Cartwright Ct., Bonita Springs, FL. A reception and celebration of his life will follow the tree-planting ceremony at the residence. All are welcome to join his family.
Also, in the summer of 2024, a service to honor Thor's life will be held on LBI NJ(his happy place), the date, time, and location to follow.

I remember in elementary school when we first met and I dropped my music notes and he helped me pick it up. We became friends after that. I remember hanging out at mayo park under that ship and just talking the whole time. It was so awesome! This breaks my heart.
