Tiara Monique Parker, age 36, was born on April 1, 1989, in Kansas City, Missouri to Gregory James Hill and Terrie Lynn Parker. She was the first born of a precious set of twins.
Tiara grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from DeLaSalle Charter High School, with an academic scholarship. After high school she attended two years at Metropolitan Community College - Penn Valley, where she studied dental hygiene.
Tiara began working for the IRS as a Data Entry Clerk, where she worked for 17 years.
She loved being with her family and friends and was always known to bring joy and laughter to any event she attended.
Tiara transitioned from this life to her heavenly home on October 26, 2025, at Research Medical Hospital, in Kansas City, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her three brothers: Edward “Du” Washington, Anthony “Ziggy” Medellin, and Terrell “T-Mac” Parker; her paternal grand-parents, and her maternal grand-father.
Left to cherish Tiara's memory: her father, Gregory Hill; her mother and step-father, Terrie Parker (Tony Medellin); her grandmother, Jeantte Turner; her sister, Tiffany Hill; her brother, Tyrone Hill (Tashala); a special nephew, Terrell Parker Jr.; her god-daughter, Royal Lynn Ross, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving family and friends.
