Tiffany was born on July 11, 1981, in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Joanne Weldon and Stevie Allen Linwood, who both proceeded her in death.
Tiffany leaves to cherish her memory of her husband, Lamar Bailey of Peoria, IL, daughter Nicoja Linwood of Evansville, Indiana; two granddaughters, A'Vayah Amar Linwood-Smith, Mi'Asia Armoni Linwood-Smith both of Evansville, Indiana.
Tiffany's smile could light up a room. Once Tiffany heard good music, she will be the first to sing "Karaoke Queen". Tiffany reside in Florida for most of her adult life. She moved back to her home town of Peoria, IL. Tiffany married Larar Bailey on September 26, 2020. Tiffany took pride in being a working woman, grandmother, and friend to many.
Tiffany leaves to cherish her memory, 8 brothers, Stevie, Damar, Franklin, Andrew, Jercobie, Demote, Antwine, and John; 8 sisters, Jamika, Yasheeka, Sharday, Chelsea, Kelly, Demequia, Elease, and Lashay. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be forever in our hearts.
Tiffany was proceed in death by her parents and paternal grandparents.
