Tim “Redeye” Hix, age 64 of Seaside, OR & formerly of the Goosehorn Community in Macon County, TN passed away Saturday morning, October 4, 2025 at his residence. Tim “Redeye” is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Tim “Redeye” Hix will be conducted Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 12:00 noon from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Elliot Hamm officiating. Interment will follow in the Clark Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 noon

He is preceded in death by: parents, George & Ruthie (Richardson) Hix; sister, Diane Hix; brother, Wayne Hix.
Survivors include: wife, Jane Anne Hix of Seaside, OR; sons, Tim Hix & wife, Zoila of Shelbyville, Ian Hix, Hunter Hix & wife, Melody; daughter, Melissa Hix all of Seaside, OR; grandchildren, Luis Dubon of New York, Autumn Hix & Archer Hix; sister, Vicky Ellis & husband, Jeff of Gainesboro; brothers, Donnie Hix & wife, Martha of Red Boiling Springs, Lonnie Hix & wife, Lavonda, Tony “Barney” Hix all of the Goosehorn Community.
