Tim Ivey

Tim Ivey, 63, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Tim worked as a truck driver for McKee Foods for 23 years. He was a jack of all trades, kindhearted, loved his family and was the best husband and step-father. Tim was the most loyal friend you could have asked for. He was there for anything you needed, no matter what. During his chemo treatment, he witnessed to other patients and taught them about the Lord. Tim was Superman in every aspect of his life until the very end and went home peacefully in his sleep, with the love of his life, Stacy, by his side.

He is preceded in death by his father, Harold Ivey, mother-in-law, Carolyn Adams,

father-in-law, Charles R. Johnson, maternal grandparents, Rev. Carl and Pauline Branum and paternal grandparents, Rev. Joe and Sarah Ivey.

Tim is survived by his wife of 23 years, Stacy Ivey, mother, Gloria Jeanne Ivey, sisters, Linda Nicholson and Lisa Neergaard, brother, Kevin Ivey, step-son, Justin Byrum, niece, Kara Watts and nephews, Steven Neergaard and Charlie Johnson, brother-in-law, Todd Johnson and many extended family members.

Services will be private with the family.
