Tim Peek

November 15, 2023, after 7 years of cancer treatments and numerous surgeries Tim Peek at 66 years old went to sleep in his flesh body and awoke in his spiritual body, happy, pain free and surrounded by those he loved and missed.

We thank God for the extra time we got to have with him, but God has plans for him in heaven now!

As a kid he enjoyed ice hockey, swimming, boating, water skiing and playing in a band as a teenager with his friends Duane, Greg and Ken in Minnesota. He worked building silos on a pig farm, was a garbage man, graduated High School and soon after moved to Dillon where he set irrigation pipe on a ranch, Safeway and eventually at Barretts Minerals, running loader, wash plant supervisor (when they sorted by hand!), drove truck at the mine and lab technician where he had his secondary family that included Dave, Fred, Jack, Grayce, Tim, Dan, Mike, Jackie and many others.

He enjoyed skiing and hunting when he had better knees. Also, fishing, family camping trips, Labor Day with the family reunion and horseshoe tournament, snowmobiling, 4-wheeler rides and flying. He loved flying and got his pilots license around 1998. He loved the fly ins they had in Dillon and helping to pilot the kids around and signing their certificates for Little Flyers. He loved to rent the Cessna 170 in Dillon and fly friends and family around the valley and to other towns. At times landing outside of Dell and walking to the Yesterdays Café across the highway for lunch or taking lunch and landing in another town. When some of the grand kids were little, he would take them to get Taco Bell then drive up to the airport in Billings to watch the airplanes land that Gabe called del pings.

He met his first wife Peggy in Dillon, and they had a daughter named Melissa. Years later he married his second wife Gail, and they had a daughter named Cara. He doted over them and loved them dearly; he was a wonderful dad.

They eventually parted ways and Tim lived the bachelor life for 21 years. He finally tired of the single life and tried the new website Match.com and met, then married his wife of 16 years Victoria and gained a stepson Nathan and stepdaughter Jamie with husband Kevin.

He loved watching his Vikings play, 'even when they were re-building' and the Twins. Over the years he ended up with 12 grandchildren he loved dearly. He had a great sense of humor and a wonderful smile and laugh.

Tim was proceeded in death by his dad Harold, mom Myrtle, brothers Larry, Dave and Kenny. Tims large family includes but is not limited to: wife Victoria, daughter Melissa and grandkids Gabe, Kenny and Peyton. Daughter Cara and grandkids Acadia (Jonah), Collin and Jace. Son Nathan (Chealsey) grandkids Adrianna, Jayleigh, Kaden, Jayson, and Jordyn. Daughter Jamie (Kevin) and grandson Zi.

Brother Mike (Patsy) and kids Angela (Brandon), Christopher (Lynsey), brother Larry (Pat) and kids Carrie Anne (Tom), Bradley (Amy), brother Dave (Patty) and kids Scotty (Kiki), Charlie, brother Steve and kids Kristal, Jessica (Ben) and Sarah, Sister Teresa (Mike) and daughter Jennifer (Rob), brother Kenny (Libby) and kids Kristina, Kelly (Jesse), Alex (Chelsea) and Anthony. Sister in laws Rhonda (Martin), Lorraine, Bonnie and Brothers in law Richard (Lori) and Robert (Linda). He loved Uncle Arthur (Linda) and Uncle Mike (MaryAnne), they gave him some good laughs. And too many great nieces and nephews to write all their names. We will all remember him with a smile on our face and a giggle under our breath from some of the memories he has left us.

Services will be held at Brundage Funeral Home Tuesday November 21, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Burial services will be followed afterwards at Mountain View Cemetery. In leu of flowers please make donations to Little Flyers.
