Tim was born and raised in Crossett, AR, where he graduated high school before later moving to Monticello to start his family and pursue his passion for cooking. He managed several restaurants throughout his career and even fulfilled his dream of owning his own place, TimBo's. Cooking wasn't just a job for Tim it was his way of showing love, and he found joy in feeding others.
Known for his giving spirit, Tim never met a stranger. He cherished his friendships and was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. His heart of gold and unique outlook on life left a lasting mark on all who knew him.
Tim had many passions beyond the kitchen. He loved Asian culture and martial arts, especially Kung Fu, and admired Bruce Lee. He was an avid sword collector, a martial arts enthusiast, and a dedicated collector of coins, antiques, and memorabilia. His quirky sense of humor, big heart, and one-of-a-kind perspective made him unforgettable.
