After graduating from Sandusky High School with the Class of 1977, Tim worked various jobs in Michigan, Florida and Indiana.
Tim was predeceased by his parents, Voyle and Marion Bissett; his grandparents, George and Ethel Heussner and William and Angeline Bissett; and his sister, Colleen Bissett Schoen.
Surviving Tim is his brother, Cy Bissett of Snover, Michigan; and his sisters, Jackie (Doug) Bays and Ginny Bissett both of Sandusky, Michigan; his brother-in-law, Dale Schoen of Sandusky, Michigan; uncles, Jim Heussner of Florida and Harold (Marg) Heussner of Marlette, Michigan; cousins; nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews. He leaves behind many friends including Lanny and Patty Haupt and Dan and Laraine Boomer.
A Celebration of Tim's Life will be held at a later date.
