Timothy Henry Blasczcyk, age 65, of Green Valley, Arizona, passed away on September 5, 2025.
Tim was born in Rensselaer, Indiana on July 13, 1960 to Henry “Hank” and Patty Blaszczyk. He graduated from Kankakee Valley High School in Wheatfield, Indiana. Tim attended and earned degrees from Purdue University and Indiana State University. He valued education and shared that virtue with his kids. Tim enjoyed golfing in his free time.
Tim is survived by his wife: Rachelle, children: Paige (David Shastry) Blaszczyk, Wade Blaszczyk, grandchild: Jude, brother: Mark (Jill ‘Beanie’) Blaszczyk, and sisters: Terri (Kenny) Miller and Jill (Kirk) Kozak.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1:30 until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, IN 46392. A prayer service for Tim will take place at 1:30 p.m., with Deacon Joe Van Schepen officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
