Timothy B. Booth, 62, of Middletown, passed away on August 29, 2025. Born on June 30, 1963, Tim was a longtime truck driver who never met a stranger. He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Booth; children, Kristin Booth, Ashley (Samuel) Rowland, and Tim (Alecia) Booth; and grandchildren, Rhylee Messer, Mason Messer, Brooklyn Booth, and Kaylee Booth. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Minor and Sylvia Booth. Family and friends may visit on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the service begins at 11:00 AM at Baker Stevens Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave., Middletown, OH 45005. Burial to follow at Butler County Memorial Park. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the ER and ICU at the Atrium Medical Center for the care and support they provided.
