A proud graduate of Chesapeake High School, Tim dedicated his professional life to carpentry, where his skills and attention to detail were evident in every project he undertook. His love for woodworking extended beyond his career, as he was a talented woodworker who created stunning nautical wood carvings and tiki bars, showcasing his artistic flair and deep appreciation for maritime themes.
An avid fisherman, Tim found solace and joy in the waters, spending countless hours casting lines and sharing stories. He was a familiar face at the Avalon Pier, where he visited daily, forming friendships and memories that will be cherished by all who knew him.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia Ford and Richard Born.
He leaves behind a loving family, including his three children, Abby Larson, Zach Born, and Molli Born; and his siblings, Lisa Weishaar, Michael Born, Scott Born, and Katie Born. They and numerous friends will forever hold dear the moments spent with Tim and the legacy of warmth and kindness he leaves behind.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no service at this time. Tim's spirit will live on in the hearts of those he touched, and his memory will be honored in the quiet moments of reflection by the sea he so loved.
