Obituary
Timothy Joseph Denihan, 69, of Columbia City, Indiana, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Lutheran Hospital. Born April 18, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of Carl and M. Diane (Baker) Denihan.
He graduated from Columbia City Joint High School with the Class of 1972. On February 2, 2002, he married Connie (Ware) Overholser. Tim retired from Ideal Suburban Homes. He loved everything the outdoors had to offer him including spending time at his cabin in the U.P. of Michigan, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, target shooting, and enjoyed reloading ammunition. He also had enjoyed shuffle board and bocce ball when he and Connie would winter in Florida.
Tim is survived by his loving wife, Connie Denihan; son and daughter-in-law, William and Jennifer Denihan; daughter, Katie Denihan; sister, Marianne (Pat) Jehl; brother, Pat (Patty) Denihan; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation 4 to 8 pm Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Funeral services 10 am Wednesday at the funeral home. Pastor Steve Johnson with Oak Grove Church of God will be officiating. Burial will take place at Beech Grove Cemetery in rural Huntington County.
