Timothy Embry, age 67, of Morgantown, KY, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025, at UofL Health Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. Born on Saturday April 12, 1958, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Timothy grew to be a man of great love, creativity, and gentleness, touching the lives of all who knew him.

Timothy was preceded in death by his loving parents, Almer and Verlean Willis Embry, and his two siblings, Joffery Embry and Sharlet Overweeser. His legacy continues through his devoted wife of 43 years, Shelia Embry, whom he married on October 9, 1981. Together, they built a life where they raised their three daughters: Stephanie Lindsey (Daniel) of Morgantown, Samantha Blunk (Latney) of Lexington, and Sabrina Embry of Bowling Green.

A proud grandfather, Timothy adored his three granddaughters, Shelby Ann Lindsey, Emry Faye Lindsey, both of Morgantown, and AnnaLee Jordan Blunk of Lexington, KY. Timothy is also survived by his five siblings, Margaret Embry of Bowling Green, Alice Faye Georgieff of Portland, Oregon, Gary B. Embry (Mary) of Morgantown, Barry G. Embry (JoAnna) of Bowling Green, and Kimber Embry of Morgantown. His extended family includes several nieces and nephews.

A man of many interests, Timothy found joy in the simplicity of life. He was an avid gun builder, he enjoyed working in his garden and bird watching. Above all, Timothy cherished the time spent with his granddaughters.
