Timothy E. Erdley, 65 of Kelly Twp., passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, October 10, 2025 after a courageous 5 1/2 year battle with cancer.
Born July 15, 1960 in Lewisburg, he was a son of the late Ernest E. Erdley and Sharon J. (Hook) Erdley, of New Columbia. On July 2, 1983 he married the former Annette M. Shambach and together they celebrated 42 years of marriage.
Tim was a 1978 graduate of Milton High School. He formerly worked at H. Warshow & Sons, inc., and later retired in 2022 from Penn Dot Union County. Tim also drove truck for Erdley Trucking in Mifflinburg.
He enjoyed hunting and going on family vacations especially at the beach and Disney. He was a member of the NRA.
In addition to his wife, Annette, and mother, Sharon, he is survived by his daughter: Melissa N. Brown and her husband Jeffrey, of Selinsgrove; three grandchildren: Kaleigh, Alexis, and Crew Brown; two brothers: Michael Erdley, of Kansas, and Keith Erdley, of Montandon; and one sister: Donna Engel and her husband Lawrence, of Cogan Station.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Tiffany Erdley.
There will be a graveside service held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 16 in Highland Cemetery, New Columbia, with Pastor Ricky Phillips, officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations in Tim's memory be made to a charity of your choice.
