Timothy Grimont Obituary
Tim was born in Beacon, NY on December 21, 1931, the son of the late Timothy and Emily (DiGiovanni) Grimont.
He graduated from Peekskill High School in 1951.
Timothy was a man of honor and proudly served his country in the United States Navy on the U.S.S. Sea Fox during the Korean War.
He worked and retired from Dutchess County as a Junior Civil Engineer, retiring in 1994.
Timothy enjoyed photography, travelling, especially to his favorite place Maui, Hawaii and taking care of his home and yard.
Timothy is survived by his loving siblings: Barbara Jane See, Thomas John Grimont and Ellen Grant, his beloved Granddaughter Chelsea Merrihew, many nieces, nephews, and friends who will all miss him dearly.
He is predeceased by his two sons: Timothy David and Michael Francis Grimont and his brothers: Robert Grimont, Francis Grimont, William Grimont and Diane Troyano.
Calling hours will be Monday August 28, 2023, from 4pm-7pm at McHoul Funeral Home Inc. 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, NY. A graveside service will take place with military honors on Tuesday August 29, 2023, at 11am at Cold Spring Cemetery.
Memorial donations can be made in Timothys name to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org

Tim I only meet you twice thru my sister Joann she talk about you all the time so it made you one of the family. I'm so sorry GOD call you home so early but one thing I know you will always be loved here. SIP
