Timothy Richard Houk Sr.

Timothy Richard Houk Sr., 69, of Georgia, formerly of Pennsylvania, passed away on September 8, 2025. Born December 30, 1955, he was a hardworking and kindhearted man who dedicated more than 30 years to his career as a painter with High Steel Structures in Williamsport, PA.

Timothy enjoyed gardening, sharing his vegetables with others, spending time at Chincoteague Island, fishing in the surf, and the loyal companionship of his cat, Sparky. He had a deep love for music, especially live performances, with favorite artists including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. He was also a proud fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State Nittany Lions.

He is survived by his son, Timothy Houk Jr., and daughter-in-law, Britani Houk; his grandchildren, Kloey, Noah, Kaleb, and Marlie; and his great-grandchild, Luca Hayes McGregor. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Susan Clark Houk; his second wife, Rita Shay Houk; and siblings, Albert and Betty Houk.

Funeral service arrangements will be announced at a later date as the family prepares to bring him home from Georgia.
