Timothy Jahr Obituary
Timothy passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at his home at the age of 68. The son of the late Harrison and Marie (Herber) Jahr was born October 24, 1955 in Bay City, Michigan. Tim was a devoted father and was passionate about the Detroit Tigers, Lions and NASCAR racing. Tims most memorable experience was visiting the home of NASCAR in 1998 with his father, but most of all he was proud of his only daughter, Hailie, when she decided to attend Michigan State University.
Tim is survived by his daughter, Hailie Jahr and her mother, Paulette Jeske; several cousins and friends; most important, his furry friend, Buster.
At the request of Tim, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the wishes of the family.
