Tim is survived by his brother, Danny Cummins; two sisters, Karen Hardesty and Cynthia Riddle; 11 nephews and nieces; 10 grandnephews and grandnieces his brother in-law, Ricky Riddle; girlfriend, Marie Stanley and a host of friends.
Visitation will be at Legacy Funeral Home, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville, IN on Friday, August, 16 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
