Timothy Lee Luttman, 58, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024 in Norwalk, Ohio, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born November 17, 1965, in Muncie, the son of John and Patricia (St. Clair) Luttman. Tim grew up in Albany and graduated from Delta High School in 1984.
Tim enjoyed farming before he took a job with the Delaware County Highway Department and also worked for Northwest Towing at the same time. Most recently, Tim was employed with Waste Management Services.
Tim was involved with Boy Scouts at an early age. He was an avid model train collector. Tim was a movie and history buff, especially James Bond and The Godfather movies. Tim was also a sports fan, especially rooting for the Indianapolis Colts.
Tim enjoyed cooking, but his main priority was his family, and he always coordinated family gatherings.
Tim is survived by two children, Tyler Luttman, Detroit, MI, and Kaylee (Alec) Schimmel, Austin, TX as well as the children's mother, Julie Smith; two brothers, Mike (Lee Ann) Luttman, Norwalk, OH, and Jim (Melinda) Luttman, Parker City, IN; a sister-in-law, Rita Luttman, Alexandria, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Mark Luttman; a nephew, Justin Luttman; and his grandparents, James and Martha St. Clair.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, August 17, 2024, at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.
Friends may call at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel, from 2:00 pm until service time at 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 17, 2024.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Meeks Mortuary to defray the cost of final expenses.
The family would like to express sincere thanks to the staff at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Cancer Center for their years of dedication and support of Tim.
