Timmy was born November 22, 1974 in Winchester, a son of the late Russell Frederick Meadows Sr. and Geraldine Voorhees Meadows. He was a James Wood High School graduate. He enjoyed cooking for his family, watching a good wrestling match, and cheering on his favorite football team, the Cowboys. He loved to decorate for the holidays. The light of his life was his granddaughter, Aurora.
He is survived by his sibling, James Meadows (Dawn) of Winchester, Pearl Underwood of Winchester, Sally Shifflett (Donald) of Middletown, VA, Russell Meadows Jr. (Sandy) of Purcellville, VA; children, Lillie Feltner and Zachary Feltner; granddaughter, Aurora Feltner; and numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
