Robin S. Faircloth

Robin Susan Crosen Faircloth "Suzy", 62 of Winchester, VA passed away at home Sunday August 24 2025, with her family by her side.

Suzy was born January 11 1963, daughter of the late Robert Stanley Crosen Sr. and Christine Lavon Tumblin Crosen. She graduated from Handley High School in 1981. She was chosen to be the Honorary Fire Chief for the Sarah Zane Volunteer Fire Co. for the year of 1981. Suzy proudly worked in Customer Service at Home Depot (RDC 5030), celebrating 21 years of service in November 2024; she loved her work friends/family. Suzy enjoyed yard sales, flea markets, thrifting, and spending time with her family. She loved watching Food Network and trying new recipes.

Surviving are her children - Son, Elisha Kegan Faircloth, and "Daughter of her Heart" Danyale Nicole Crosen (Brian). Brother, Raymond "Ray" Snowden Crosen (Tina) of Stephens City VA. Sisters Cheryl Ann Burns of Summit Point WV, and Jennifer Lynn Crosen Foreman (Nathan) of Winchester VA.

Grandchildren, Kaiden Michael Whetstone, Ava Lavon Whetstone, Noah Stanley Whetstone and "Grand-doggie" Dexter Morgan Faircloth. She was Aunt Suzy to Aaron, Sarah, Cody, Emily and Christina.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Melissa Dawn Snyder, brother Robert Stanley Crosen Jr. "Bobby", nephew Charles Alan Crosen, brother in law Edward William Burns Jr., her best friends Lynia Marie Haines "Lynn", Daniel Ray Grogg and fur-child Alexis Olivia Crosen.

Suzy's impact on the lives of her family and friends was immense. She will be missed tremendously.

The family will receive family and friends Friday, August 29th from 2PM to 3PM, with a memorial service beginning at 3PM at Jones Funeral Home (on Pleasant Valley in Winchester), with Aaron Weakley officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Suzy's honor to SPCA and Blue Ridge Hospice.
