Mr. Marshall Harold Faircloth, 72 passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at VA Medical Center.

Graveside service with military honors will be at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 24, 2025 at T.J. Hall Cemetery (170 South River Road, Autryville), officiating will be Rev. Scot McCosh.

Marshall was born in Cumberland County to the late, Albert Payton Faircloth and Sallie Catherine (Huckabee) Faircloth. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his brother, John Albert Faircloth.

Marshall was a veteran of the United States Army and the United States Navy. He worked as a maintenance supervisor at M.J. Soffe for many years, and owned his own lawn care business for a short time. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and fishing.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Elizabeth Cartee Faircloth of the home; children, Marshall Harold Faircloth, Jr. & wife, Kochi of Rocky Mount, Michael Marshall Faircloth of the home; Christina Heaser of VA, and Nicole Ferrell of Hope Mills; grandchildren, Dallas, Dylan and Dixie; and his sister, Mary Hannah of AL.
