Timothy Miller Obituary
He was born October 13, 1949 to the late Delos William and Mildred (Eberly) Miller in Atchison, Kansas.
After proudly serving in the United States Navy, Timothy pursued his love for mathematics, molding the minds of countless students, he taught higher math at Indiana State University before continuing his educational contributions at Missouri Western State University as a celebrated professor.
He often spoke of the joy he felt while riding his bike across the vast Kansas landscape, where the winds and the rolling hills were his companions on many soul-refreshing journeys. His adventures were captured through his love of photography, a hobby that allowed him to share the beauty of his travels.
A gathering with friends will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, August 8, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Inurnment Lancaster Cemetery in Lancaster, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, it is suggested memorial contributions to Missouri Western State University Foundation for the Timothy L. Miller Math Endowment.
